Job Description
Regional marketing lead for EMEA datacenter and telecom fiber markets at VIAVI. Focus on implementing marketing programs that drive business growth across customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary regional/field marketing point of contact for the EMEA Sales leadership
- Implement targeted, relevant marketing programs to drive business across datacenter and telecom fiber customer segments
- Shape global VIAVI end-to-end integrated marketing programs and drive implementation of these programs in EMEA
- Represent EMEA datacenter and telecom fiber buyer and market requirements
- Deliver high-impact marketing programs that achieve sales revenue goals
- Utilize metrics/goals/benchmarks to define program return on investment and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and minimum B2 level in German
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in marketing, with responsibility for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Highly collaborative with strong working relationships across teams
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident communicator
