Job Description

Employee Relations Advisor navigating complex ER cases for a leading news publisher in the UK. Supporting organizational changes and collaborating on HR strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution
  • Guide leaders through organizational changes
  • Represent the business in confidential grievances and consultations
  • Update policies in line with legislation
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on strategic projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing complex ER cases
  • In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
  • Practical experience with change programs and organizational restructures
  • CIPD qualification
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication of complex legal advice
