Job Description
Employee Relations Advisor navigating complex ER cases for a leading news publisher in the UK. Supporting organizational changes and collaborating on HR strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution
- Guide leaders through organizational changes
- Represent the business in confidential grievances and consultations
- Update policies in line with legislation
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on strategic projects
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing complex ER cases
- In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
- Practical experience with change programs and organizational restructures
- CIPD qualification
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication of complex legal advice
