Job Description
Account Executive responsible for managing new business quoting, driving client satisfaction, and supporting Sales Consultants in a dynamic environment. Engaging with C-suite clients in the employee benefits arena.
Responsibilities:
- Remain up to date and knowledgeable on current industry, market and regulatory changes
- Manage escalated service issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
- Review RFPs to ensure proper strategy is being executed
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to identify markets for solicitation of new business
- Perform additional responsibilities and requests as requested
Requirements:
- BA / BS Degree
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in benefits account management in a consultative role
- Current life and health insurance license
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
