Job Description
Account Executive responsible for selling B2B SaaS solutions focusing on workforce readiness. Remote work with occasional travel and strong earning potential in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt net-new logos and build pipeline
- Own deals from first touch to close
- Sell software tied to readiness, compliance, and performance
- Run discovery with training, operations, and compliance leaders
- Lead demos, proposals, follow-up, and close plans
- Work multi-stakeholder deals in complex buying cycles
- Represent our client at conferences and industry events
Requirements:
- Proven B2B SaaS closing success
- Clear history of quota attainment
- Strong hunter mentality
- Full-cycle new-logo sales experience
- Able to sell complex solutions
- U.S.-based and able to travel occasionally
