Job Description
Junior Account Executive for PE-backed GovCon services team. Managing prospecting and qualifying meetings in a flexible and remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect GovCon accounts across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound interest and respond fast.
- Book qualified meetings for sales and delivery leaders.
- Keep CRM notes, activity, and next steps clean.
- Run campaigns by service line and refine messaging.
- Help route multi-service opportunities to the right teams.
- Support conference follow-up and outbound before events.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or high-activity sales.
- Strong outbound calling skills and thick skin.
- Clear, concise business writing.
- Strong qualification skills and coachability.
- CRM discipline; HubSpot helps.
- Authorized to work and live in the U.S.
