Job Description
Lead strategic account sales efforts for Medline's healthcare products. Collaborate with sales teams to fulfill customer needs and grow market share.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Medline’s Sales efforts within a select group of major accounts
- Provide consultative approach in partnership with field sales
- Responsible for maintaining existing business and growing market share
- Develop and execute a vision and account strategy for growth
- Create consultative relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Medline Field Sales team to promote sales goals
- Manage account program costs while maximizing sales
- Monitor and measure progress against budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
- At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Proven ability to identify, connect and close new business
- Experience in assessing and initiating actions independently
- Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues
- Experience with cross-functional teams to identify solutions
- Time management skills
