Job Description

Lead strategic account sales efforts for Medline's healthcare products. Collaborate with sales teams to fulfill customer needs and grow market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Medline’s Sales efforts within a select group of major accounts
  • Provide consultative approach in partnership with field sales
  • Responsible for maintaining existing business and growing market share
  • Develop and execute a vision and account strategy for growth
  • Create consultative relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Medline Field Sales team to promote sales goals
  • Manage account program costs while maximizing sales
  • Monitor and measure progress against budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
  • At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to identify, connect and close new business
  • Experience in assessing and initiating actions independently
  • Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with cross-functional teams to identify solutions
  • Time management skills
