Job Description
Sales Representative driving performance for veterinary diagnostics. Engaging with clients and delivering solutions while exceeding sales objectives within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance within the assigned geography by utilizing solution selling
- Meet and exceed overall sales objectives (quota) both overall and for key growth products
- Successfully launch new product and service offerings
- Build effective relationships with and service all targeted hospitals/personnel
- Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan that leverages industry insights
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred, Associate degree required
- Animal Health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine preferred
- Success in previous roles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive sales performance
- Adept at working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments
- Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution
- Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, and ability to learn Zoetis systems)
