Job Description
Engagement Manager maximizing value and retention throughout the customer lifecycle at Akamai. Delivering results and possibilities for customer growth through strong relationships and operational focus.
Responsibilities:
- Working independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
- Owning the technical program management
- Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team
- Educating customers on and empowering their adoption of Akamai's products and services
- Responding to escalations when program management issues arise
Requirements:
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant experience in customer-facing technical roles within public cloud or cloud software companies
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale cloud projects for enterprise customers
- Solid consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Hands-on expertise in IaaS, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, or other modern cloud technologies
- Program or project management experience across cross-functional technical teams with cloud architect certifications
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
