Job Description
Manager of Go to Market Enablement at Renaissance Learning driving GTM strategies. Collaborative role facilitating alignment among customer-facing teams with strong emphasis on leadership and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Go-to-Market Processes: Lead development and execution of GTM learning strategies, ensuring alignment, documentation, and market readiness across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and CX to align messaging, GTM motions, and delivery of enablement resources.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy and guide GTM planning across key stakeholders.
- Change Management: Lead adoption of new processes and tools using ADKAR, partnering with Sales and CX Enablement teams.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the GTM Enablement team, aligning priorities to support Sales and Customer Experience outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–7+ years in GTM strategy, RevOps, or enablement, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven with experience in performance metrics; ability to turn insights into action (CRM experience like Salesforce or Gainsight preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas.
