Job Description
Remote English–Bosnian interpreter supporting Teleperformance’s U.S. client. Providing consecutive medical, banking, insurance, emergency, and customer-support interpretation from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Responsibilities:
- Perform consecutive interpreting between English and Bosnian in medical, banking, insurance, emergency services, and customer support fields
- Take notes to ensure accurate interpretation
- Provide live online audio and video interpreting via PC application
- Apply security, customer, and client protocols
- Continuously improve general and industry-specific vocabulary
- Provide impartial communication support between clients and their customers
- Perform interpreting duties according to client instructions and best practices
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Bosnian (spoken and written)
- Permanent residence and registered address in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 schedule)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends and holidays
- Work concerns the U.S. market and an American client
