Job Description
Freelance translator localizing retail and consumer tech marketing content from English into Basque (Spain) for TransPerfect. Remote worldwide project requiring technical translation experience and screening test.
Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing content from English into Basque (Spain)
- Support a major Consumer Tech sector project
- Deliver high-quality translations for retail and consumer technology products
- Participate in the recruitment screening process through a translation test and NDA completion
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Basque (Spain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience translating content in Technical - Software UI and/or Consumer Electronics fields
- Acute attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
- Candidates can be located anywhere in the world
- Proof of relevant translation experience required
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Must complete a translation test as part of the recruitment process
