Job Description
Freelance translator translating technical software UI and consumer-electronics marketing content from English into Turkmen. Supporting TransPerfect’s global Consumer Tech project.
Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing content from English into Turkmen
- Support a major Consumer Tech project focused on retail consumer technology products
- Deliver high-quality translations for clients
- Work as part of a dedicated team of preferred language specialists
- Complete a translation test during screening
- Sign an NDA and confidentiality agreement
- Apply through the TransPerfect portal and notify the Vendor Manager after submission
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Turkmen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience translating content in Technical - Software UI and/or Consumer Electronics fields
- Acute attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
- Ability to provide proof of relevant translation experience
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Must complete a translation test as part of the recruitment process
- English into Turkmen translation experience
- Applicants must meet the stated criteria
