Job Description
Senior sales professional leading enterprise account efforts in banking tech sales. Responsible for full sales cycle and decision-maker engagement in corporate lending and risk sectors.
Responsibilities:
- **What You Will Be Doing**
- **Own the full enterprise sales cycle** - from prospecting, qualification and demos, to business case creation, POC's, negotiation, and closing.
- **Engage senior decision-makers **in banks and tailor the value proposition to their workflows.
- **Develop and execute a territory plan** focused on Tier-1, Tier-2, and regional banks.
- **Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product** to refine our enterprise sales strategy.
- **Act as a trusted advisor** to prospects by understanding credit processes, regulatory pressures, and data challenges inside banks.
- **Help shape our go-to-market strategy** for the banking vertical as one of our first hires focused exclusively on enterprise financial institutions.
Requirements:
- **What You Bring**
- **5+ years of experience** selling B2B SaaS, ideally in FinTech or selling into banks.
- **Proven track record** **closing complex deals** with multiple stakeholders (Risk, Credit, IT, Procurement).
- **Excellent communicator** capable of presenting to both analysts and C-suite leaders.
- **Ownership mindset** — you’re proactive, goal-driven and thrive in a scaling environment.
- Excellent communication skills in **English & German**; other European languages a strong plus.
