Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive driving sales of AvaSure's healthcare solutions through account management and development. Responsible for building relationships and expanding the product line in existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at site, division, and system level across all assigned accounts.
  • Monitor all assigned accounts for utilization and other indicators and quickly act at any sign of dissatisfaction, attrition, or competitive activity.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional support teams and others to build pipeline and drive additional business in existing customer accounts.
  • Outbound prospecting to identify, qualify and close expansion business opportunities in assigned existing customer accounts.
  • Manage and grow a strong network and oversee the complete sales cycle.
  • Perform sales presentations and product demonstration onsite and in webinar format.
  • Build a solid working knowledge of all healthcare solutions that AvaSure provides and how they benefit the customer.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each existing customer’s market and competitive position, analyze their needs, and develop additional customer-specific value propositions to increase account penetration.
  • Identify milestones needed to close an opportunity and utilize high-performing team members from, clinical, contracting, engineering, marketing, and company leadership as needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and other KPI’s as established by leadership.
  • Maintain and update CRM daily, including close dates, sales stage, estimated revenue, and freeform comments as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape and approach each account and opportunity with a competitive mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an Associate’s degree with equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience selling to an enterprise environment, acute care hospital experience required.
  • 7+ years of developing new business required.
  • Demonstrated record of identifying and growing opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Experience selling to C- level executives: (CNO, CFO, CTO roles)
  • Experience using technology to do remote presentations and demonstrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
