Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager handling large enterprise accounts and developing long-term customer relationships at a cybersecurity solutions provider. Focused on sourcing new sales opportunities and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of Large Enterprise accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Actively sourcing new Enterprise sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of proven Enterprise sales experience in Tech products and services.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Cyber Security Products and Services
  • Experience in Sales to the Banking and Finance Industry highly desirable
  • Willing to Travel Extensively
  • Experience interacting with Client C-level Executives and delivering sales presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
