Job Description

Enterprise Sales Executive leading complex sales cycles to modernize banking for fintech companies. Requires strong relationship building and strategic thinking skills with some remote travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify banks and credit unions looking to grow through digital transformation and core modernization
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and strategic goals
  • Lead discovery conversations that challenge assumptions and uncover unarticulated business needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor by bringing insights on banking trends, digital transformation, and competitive positioning
  • Develop innovative, tailored proposals and solution narratives aligned to client objectives
  • Drive deal momentum with urgency, proactively managing next steps and removing obstacles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across financial institutions
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Think creatively about deal structuring, partnerships, and go-to-market approaches
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and deal progression management
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or banking technology
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, and/or digital transformation trends
  • Proven ability to develop creative, high-impact proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated success driving complex deals forward with urgency and ownership
  • Highly inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to uncover root problems and challenge conventional thinking
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • New logo sales experience
