Job Description

Executive Assistant responsible for providing support to the Chief Strategy Officer and managing administrative tasks. Involves coordination of strategic plans and high-level engagement with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CSO's calendar.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist in conducting meetings.
  • Coordinate communication between the CSO and stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis.
  • Support managing the company's CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Assist with business development initiatives.
  • Provides operational and administrative support.
  • Make travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Adhere to company policies and work standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Excel proficiency - Intermediate level.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Zoom.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Independent problem solver with innovative solutions.
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
