Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting the Senior Leadership Team in Northern Europe for Mastercard. Managing schedules and logistics while providing high-level administrative support in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements
  • Organize and oversee travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking for executive-related activities
  • Ensure meeting, event, and technology support is appropriately coordinated for leadership meetings and engagements
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional communication
  • Track deliverables and key deadlines to support execution of leadership priorities and projects
  • Coordinate and support operational efficiency across the division in close collaboration with the Divisional President’s Executive Assistant

Requirements:

  • Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment supporting senior or executive-level leaders
  • Results-driven, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate with discretion and sound judgment
  • Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and interact effectively across functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a corporate environment
