Job Description
Executive Assistant managing administrative tasks for the EMEA Vice President at Augusta Life Sciences. Ensure efficient functioning of executive operations within Advanced Diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and documents
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist with project coordination and data gathering
- Plan and execute company events and meetings
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Anticipate executive needs and address potential issues
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
