Job Description
Principal Benefits Partner administering international benefit plans for Precision Medicine Group, a global clinical research services organization. Partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to benchmark and manage competitive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and administer PMG’s international benefit plans and programs
- Conduct analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits programs
- Support benefit plan benchmarking
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness
- Manage international benefit plans, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management
- Develop messaging supporting compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related major
- At least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation
- Experience working across different countries
- General understanding of process, payroll, and labor law differences
- Expertise in messaging supporting compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
