Job Description

Experiential Account Director leading strategic client accounts and delivering best-in-class brand experiences for Wasserman Live. Manage projects from conception to execution with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
  • Supervise the delivery of experiential campaigns, retail activations, sponsorships, and live events
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and the highest creative and operational standards are met
  • Be responsible for profitability and revenue
  • Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in client account management within a brand experience agency, live events, or integrated agency
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, project management expertise, and operational excellence
  • Strong relationship management and diplomacy skills
  • Solid strategic and commercial thinking, with rigor in execution
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Highly skilled in creating presentations, budgets, and written communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and French.
