Job Description
Experiential Account Director leading strategic client accounts and delivering best-in-class brand experiences for Wasserman Live. Manage projects from conception to execution with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
- Supervise the delivery of experiential campaigns, retail activations, sponsorships, and live events
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and the highest creative and operational standards are met
- Be responsible for profitability and revenue
- Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in client account management within a brand experience agency, live events, or integrated agency
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, project management expertise, and operational excellence
- Strong relationship management and diplomacy skills
- Solid strategic and commercial thinking, with rigor in execution
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Highly skilled in creating presentations, budgets, and written communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French.
