Job Description
Representante Comercial atuando na prospecção e fidelização de clientes, contribuindo para o crescimento do negócio. Focado em soluções de alta qualidade para clientes corporativos na região de São Paulo.
Responsibilities:
- Work for a solid, growing company focused on high-quality solutions for corporate clients.
- Prospect, service, and retain accounts, directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.
- Prospect new clients across the state of São Paulo.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and deliver proposal presentations.
- Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and contracts within company policies.
- Monitor sales KPIs and report results periodically.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (finance, logistics, after-sales).
- Identify market opportunities and recommend product/service improvements.
Requirements:
- Active experience as a Sales Representative, Outside Salesperson, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or servicing companies in segments complementary to the packaging/carton industry.
- Availability for daily client visits.
- Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and a target-driven mindset.
- Organized approach to managing schedules, routes, and sales reports.
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel within the region.
- Preferred: Active client portfolio comprised of companies complementary to the packaging/carton market.
- Experience in industrial, retail, or corporate services segments.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or sales-funnel management tools.
- Prior experience as an independent representative managing multiple clients.
