Job Description
Field Account Manager responsible for sales growth in bioprocess solutions for pharmaceutical accounts at Sartorius. Engaging with key accounts and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proactively selling the full range of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio by both in-person and remote interaction to assigned (bio)pharmaceutical key accounts
- Build and manage relationships on all levels at the assigned accounts
- Meet growth targets and objectives for assigned accounts
- Identifying new opportunities to gain market share in established and new processes – both commercialized processes and development
- Work closely with technical and service teams and further internal stakeholders, utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process
- Conduct presentations, generate quotations and close deals with the customer
- Generate transparency by reporting using CRM software tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science/Biotechnology discipline or similar
- First experience as Account Manager selling complex products, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a benefit
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented and collaborative attitude
- Ability to interact across all levels of target organizations
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of working time (Driving License B)
