Job Description
Field Clinical Engineer providing training and technical support for clinical trials at Magnus Medical. Working with SAINT Neuromodulation System and collaborating with clinical affairs teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support Clinical Affairs and Commercialization teams in the development of training programs for the SAINT Neuromodulation System
- Provide technical expert guidance and clinical trial site staff on-site training
- Provide troubleshooting support on-site or remotely for clinical trial sites
- Test MNS software and provide feedback to the software team to assist ongoing internal software development
- Support the clinical affairs team with documentation and ongoing maintenance of documentation as it relates to training and/or device accountability
- Analyze and evaluate product malfunctions and complete complaint reports as required
- Assist with implementation of best practices at magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) centers to ensure good quality scans are obtained
Requirements:
- TMS technician experience is required.
- Experience with MagVenture equipment preferred
- Experience with neuronavigation equipment, particularly Localite software would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working in clinical trials or human subject research is preferred
