Job Description
Field Collections Officer visiting Singapore clients to recover overdue payments for Experian. Negotiating payment plans, maintaining collection records, and supporting collection management targets.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during collection activities
- Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and issues
- Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes professionally
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes
- Achieve individual and team targets
- Contribute to a positive working culture
Requirements:
- Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center, or customer service role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
