Job Description
Field Marketing Manager leading North American events, ABM campaigns, and sales alignment for Iron Mountain’s information-management solutions. Managing a distributed field marketing team and regional budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans aligned with commercial growth targets, priority accounts, and industry segments across North America
- Deliver executive events, webinars, partner activities, and account-based marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership and account executives to identify buyer needs, craft tailored engagement strategies, and provide actionable follow-up toolkits
- Manage, coach, and inspire a distributed team of field marketing specialists
- Set clear performance objectives and foster a collaborative team culture
- Manage the regional field marketing budget
- Leverage analytics dashboards to track lead velocity, revenue influence, and campaign ROI
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation in multinationals
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and integrated campaign execution
- Demonstrated experience utilizing enterprise marketing technology and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and GA4
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
