Job Description
Außendienstmitarbeiter für Ladenbaukonzepte bei KORTE, einem führenden deutschen Ladenbauunternehmen. Betreuung von Bestandskunden, Neukundenakquise und Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Konzepte.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage activities within the assigned sales territory
- Understand and respond to the needs and requirements of existing customers
- Expand and further develop the sales territory through new customer acquisition
- Focus on customers in the bakery and confectionery, café, delicatessen, food retail, and food service sectors
- Develop future-oriented retail design concepts together with architects and planners
- Take current market trends and challenges into account
- Stay informed about new-build and refurbishment projects as well as site development activities within the sales territory
Requirements:
- A strong natural sales instinct and a proven track record of sales success
- Ideally, experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail construction, woodworking, interior fit-outs, or similar fields
- Professional demeanour and the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing
- Strong execution skills and an affinity for an industry with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
