Job Description
Außendienstmitarbeiter für Ladenbaukonzepte bei KORTE, einem führenden deutschen Ladenbauunternehmen. Betreuung von Kunden und Neukundenakquise in Bayern oder Baden-Württemberg.
Responsibilities:
- Take independent responsibility for activities at the forefront of sales within the assigned territory
- Manage existing customers while addressing and incorporating their needs and requirements
- Expand and further develop the sales territory through new customer acquisition
- Serve customers in the bakery and confectionery, café, specialty food, food retail, and hospitality sectors
- Develop future-ready retail design concepts in collaboration with architects and planners
- Monitor current market trends and challenges
- Identify new-build, renovation, and site development projects in the sales territory at an early stage
Requirements:
- A strong natural talent for sales and a demonstrable track record of sales success
- Ideally, experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail design and fit-out, wood processing, commercial interiors, or a similar field
- Professional appearance and manner
- Ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing
- Strong execution skills and an affinity for a hands-on industry
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach
- Willingness to collaborate with the specialist team
