Job Description
Field Service Engineer supporting Sungrow’s solar, storage, and EV charging products across southern France. Performing onsite installations, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, and customer issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities
- Collaborate with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for current and future service contracts
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering or strong electrician background
- Fluency in English and French (C1 level)
- Prepared for on-call duties
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively across France
- Previous experience with battery storage solutions is a plus
- Skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would be beneficial but are not mandatory
- Deep understanding of the European solar energy market and PV, ESS, and EV charging products would be highly advantageous
