Job Description
Field Service Engineer responsible for installing and troubleshooting Biotage instruments in North India. Engaging with customers and providing technical support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Biotage instruments and systems.
- Deliver user training and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Take proactive ownership of service activities and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Support the expansion of service contract coverage by promoting value-added services.
- Represent Biotage professionally promoting our products and instruments.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support service excellence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering.
- Experienced within the service industry.
- Adaptable to new technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
