Job Description
Service Engineer troubleshooting and commissioning solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers for AISWEI’s SOLPLANET renewable-energy brand. Supporting installers, service partners, logistics, training, and after-sales improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and other customers via phone or digital channels
- Provide commissioning support remotely or on-site
- Collaborate with international and local colleagues and departments to resolve customer issues
- Plan and coordinate logistics for dispatching replacement inverters and assist with inverter collection
- Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners
- Document relevant case information accurately using CRM software
- Deliver training sessions to customers or internal colleagues
- Identify opportunities to improve products and processes, customer satisfaction, and company cost-effectiveness
- Collect customer feedback, including customer satisfaction data, to support continuous improvement of the after-sales process
Requirements:
- State-certified electrician, preferably specialized in photovoltaic technology, renewable energy, or a comparable field
- Fluent in Dutch and business-fluent in English
- French is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in distribution and/or utility-scale segments
- Knowledge of product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender requirements
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience in a PV-related industry is advantageous but not necessary
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
