Job Description
Servicetechniker im Außendienst für Grosswärmepumpen in Zürich. Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Störungsbehebungen bei Endkunden.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and maintenance at customer sites
- Provide service-oriented advice to our customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your assignment
- Take on on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician specializing in refrigeration technology
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g., as a refrigeration systems installer / refrigeration mechatronics technician or as a heating installer with proven refrigeration certification (Kälteschein)
- Knowledge of the design and operation of heat pumps
- NIV 15 qualification desirable
- Valid Class B driving license
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
