Job Description
Field Service Technician ensuring efficient operation of heating systems for customers in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland. Responsible for service visits, diagnostics, and maintenance of heating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out service calls in the Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland regions according to scheduling by our dispatch
- Diagnosing faults and performing commissioning, maintenance and repairs (oil and gas heating systems, heat pumps)
- Recording service activities in the IT system
- Participating in the on-call rotation outside of regular business hours (maximum one week per month)
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL/technical college, vocational school or equivalent) as an installer/plumber, building services technician or heating technician
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, HVAC or another technical trade
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Basic IT/computer skills
