Job Description
Technicien SAV itinérant pour Stäubli, fournisseur mondial de solutions mécatroniques. Diagnostiquer, réparer et former les clients à l’utilisation de robots industriels dans la région nantaise.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues and recommend maintenance solutions
- Repair products
- Assist and advise customers on robot operation
- Prepare service reports in the CRM system
- Manage the remote stock of spare parts
- Deliver maintenance training
- Monitor customer accounts in collaboration with the wider team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
- Work directly with customers in high-tech industries
- Participate in a several-week onboarding program, including an immersion at the production site in Haute-Savoie and field training alongside an experienced technician
Requirements:
- Education: Two-year technical degree or equivalent minimum
- Successful initial experience in a similar role, ideally in the maintenance or installation of special-purpose machinery
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial IT and automation
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
