Job Description
Senior Finance Analyst at Cargill, a food and agriculture solutions company. Leading financial planning, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and performance insights for business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and review financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis
- Translate financial metrics into insights to improve decision making, performance, and business growth
- Evaluate new business development opportunities
- Develop ad hoc analyses and complex financial and non-financial modeling
- Lead data and technology improvements supporting standardization and simplification of finance processes
- Prepare complex financial reports and presentations
- Build partnerships with cross-functional financial teams
- Develop and implement tools, benchmarks, models, and reporting
- Manage key financial risks and support integrated business planning, forecasting, and operating reviews
- Monitor operational performance through financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation
- Coordinate commercial conversations and prepare quantitative summaries of future estimates for senior team members
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience; typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Background in or familiarity with Digital Technology and Data (preferred)
