Job Description
Digital Consulting Director leading Oracle Cloud Financials architecture and implementations for Huron, a global consultancy. Overseeing client delivery, teams, programs, and enterprise technology transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions
- Deliver results that meet or exceed engagement objectives
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight
- Lead teams and manage programs
- Construct enduring client relationships
- Sell additional project work into clients
- Lead Oracle Financials design sessions across multiple modules
- Drive solution architecture and delivery execution
- Lead onshore and offshore support resources
- Estimate projects and plan implementations
- Manage multiple projects of different scales and durations
- Train and support the professional development of Huron staff
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- Must be able to lead design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules and be comfortable being hands-on
- Proven experience leading Oracle Financial implementation as both a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, driving solution architecture and delivery execution
- Must be comfortable leading onshore and offshore support resources
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives
- Proven thought leadership demonstrated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Oracle EPM awareness is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
