Job Description
Finance SME harmonizing ALM systems, billing workflows, and margin intelligence at Iron Mountain. Driving financial transformation across global operations, accounting, and inventory data.
Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows
- Integrate global operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models
- Design and implement global frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation
- Provide granular P&L transparency across regions and channels
- Perform structured diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems
- Ensure robust revenue recognition
- Establish approval frameworks
- Optimize the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection
- Harmonize the global financial architecture during a period of business growth
- Provide executive leadership with visibility to drive margin transparency and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools
- Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions
- Experience navigating complex multi-entity environments
- Experience designing data models for margin analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence executive leadership
- Ability to translate complex financial requirements for technical and operational teams
