Job Description

Founders Associate assisting in building modern sales strategies for future growth. Involve in strategic shadowing, operational excellence, and vanguard growth tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Shadowing: You’ll be present for high-level deals — not just taking notes but anticipating the next three moves.
  • Operational Excellence: We move fast and think big. You build systems, stabilize chaos, and prioritize getting things done over perfecting them.
  • Vanguard Growth: Research markets, test outreach strategies, and develop prototypes for our next phases of expansion.
  • Problem Slaying: When a bottleneck appears, you don’t wait for instructions. You find the tool, the person, or the process to break through it.
  • Content & Brand: Help keep our messaging raw and authentic across platforms. You’re the bridge between our vision and the public eye.

Requirements:

  • Attitude > Degrees: Formal credentials don’t matter — show what you’ve built, sold, or fixed.
  • Insatiable Curiosity: You have a “figure-it-out” mindset and use tools (including AI) to turn four-hour tasks into four-minute processes.
  • Communication with Impact: You write copy that moves people and speak with the confidence to command a room.
  • Thick Skin: Feedback is direct and the market is tough. Be resilient, coachable, and able to hear the unvarnished truth.
  • High Output: You measure success by impact, not hours worked.
