Job Description

Full Stack Developer building advanced data processing systems and dashboards for Accenture Federal Services. Developing applications across cloud, database, DevOps, and reporting layers for US federal missions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS Agile XLC framework
  • Perform application enhancements and build new products across UI, web server, application server, cloud host, database, reporting, DevOps, and application monitoring layers
  • Use JEE, JBoss, Ruby on Rails, MarkLogic, Red Hat, AWS, Edifecs, and other EDI and data analytical products
  • Collaborate closely with the Scrum Team to ensure compliance with proposed architecture and industry development standards and best practices
  • Perform code reviews and present at PDRs and DDRs
  • Support development of technical documentation
  • Support IT program requirements and metrics development, definition, data quality assessment, and strategic analysis
  • Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports
  • Provide risk management support and metrics
  • Participate in project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing application support

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Java, OOP, J2EE, and microservice design fundamentals
  • Experience with Agile Scrum delivery model
  • Strong knowledge of multithreading and design patterns
  • Experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Experience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel
  • Experience with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS
  • Proficiency with JSON, XML, and XSD schemas
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, or RDS
  • Familiarity with Docker and basic understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Maven
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments
  • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Basic Python scripting for automation or AWS tasks is a bonus
  • Exposure to JavaScript for frontend or full-stack work is a bonus
  • Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
