Job Description

Tech Lead für Dynamics 365 CRM bei WBS GRUPPE, die digitale Bildung gestaltet. Technische Architektur, hands-on Entwicklung und Mentoring für das D365-Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Define technical objectives, working methods, and architecture for the Dynamics 365 CRM development team
  • Shape the engineering culture and act as the technical point of contact for developers
  • Hands-on development of plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and complex technical features
  • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards
  • Ensure maintainability of plugins, JavaScript extensions, PCF controls, and Power Automate flows
  • Own the technical architecture of managed solutions, publisher prefixes, and Azure DevOps ALM pipelines
  • Ensure a clear separation between configuration/customizing and pro-code
  • Design and develop interfaces to third-party systems from API conception to authentication
  • Document architecture decisions in Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
  • Approve technical solution approaches from tandem refinement
  • Own the technical aspects of monthly production releases, including release planning and the hotfix process
  • Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior developers and support their professional development
  • Represent the team in cross-cutting architecture meetings and provide technical sparring

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience: at least 5 years developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform
  • Deep understanding of plugins and custom APIs using C#/.NET
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and the Xrm client API
  • Experience with Power Automate and the Dataverse data model
  • Solid experience with solution layering and application lifecycle management (ALM)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated multi-environment deployments using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Git and pull-request-based workflows
  • Experience designing and implementing REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus integrations
  • Proficient with Azure Portal, App Registrations, Service Principals, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with Azure Key Vault and Application Insights
  • Experience designing and evaluating Microsoft Azure cloud architectures
  • Experience in technical leadership as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or with demonstrable mentoring responsibilities
  • Ability to make, document, and defend architecture decisions to the team and stakeholders
  • Confident communication in German and English, at least C1+
  • Resident of Germany or Austria
  • Experience with PCF controls, ideally using React, is desirable
  • Microsoft certification PL-400 or PL-600 is desirable
  • Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other Power Platform test frameworks is desirable
  • Functional experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights is desirable
