Job Description
XIAM Software Engineer developing secure software applications for Humana, a U.S. healthcare company. Standardizing quality assurance, debugging systems, and optimizing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Code software applications based on business requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize secure software solutions
- Standardize software quality assurance procedures
- Debug applications and research software issues
- Make necessary software adjustments
- Independently determine appropriate courses of action for varied assignments
- Make decisions regarding work methods, including in ambiguous situations
- Seek guidance when necessary and work with minimal direction at times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in systems analysis or application programming development
- Minimum of 1 year experience with ForgeRock or other CIAM tools
- Must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship
- Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
- Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
