Job Description
Global Account Manager managing client relationships and implementing business plans for BCD Travel. Focused on client retention, contract negotiation, and team leadership within the business travel sector.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation
- Sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability)
- Business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions
- Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
- Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team
Requirements:
- Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired
- Account management experience required
- Extensive business travel industry experience
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience
- Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients
- Ability to travel when needed
