Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager responsible for new business acquisition and account growth in Nordics. Collaborating with teams to implement cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts (2,500+ end users) across multiple verticals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (System Engineers, Channel Partners) to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships with existing customers by introducing our full suite of security, compliance, and information protection solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations in partnership with technical teams.
  • Analyse and report on pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and account performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring operational excellence and timely execution.
  • Maintain compliance with Proofpoint’s sales methodology and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in enterprise technology sales, ideally with SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas, winning new logos, and leveraging channel partnerships.
  • Strong executive selling skills (CISO, CIO, CMO) and ability to influence complex buying cycles.
  • Experience closing deals in the €100K–€1M range.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message).
  • Fluent in either Danish or Swedish & English.
