Job Description
Territory Manager driving sales for Balt's peripheral vascular medical devices. Collaborating with physicians and departments to achieve sales objectives in assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Calling on peripheral interventionalists within their given territories for the sole purpose of obtaining their individual sales objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage account program in specific territory.
- Integrate with marketing, customer service and other functional departments.
- Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designated, to acquire or strengthen skills and learn about new products or sales programs.
- Maintain and expand existing product sales.
- Support training function.
- Coordinate client’s contracts.
- Actively promote team building within department.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to make presentations to members of the business community.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Experience calling on peripheral interventionalists.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements.
- Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
