Job Description
Software Sales Account Manager building relationships with customers while managing accounts. Driving sales and providing solutions in innovative technology at CADimensions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships within a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, progressing deals, forecasting, and closing business.
- Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions.
- Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting overall sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing business
- Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive results
