Job Description

Key Account Manager at Provectus Technologies managing IT solutions for churches and welfare organizations in Southern Germany. Focus on sales, consulting, and key account management with strategic expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution selling: Sales of solution-oriented IT services and products from leading vendors
  • New business development: Independent acquisition of new clients and strategic expansion of existing client relationships
  • Key account management: Managing key accounts in the church and welfare sector in Southern Germany, with a focus on Bavaria
  • IT consulting: Advising, designing, and implementing complex IT projects
  • Deal responsibility: Leading negotiations through to contract signing, including revenue responsibility
  • Portfolio development: Collaborating with Business Development to further develop the portfolio
  • Networking & presence: Representing the company at trade fairs and events

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical field or business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Sales experience, ideally in the church and welfare sector
  • Knowledge of and/or network within church-related and welfare organizations (e.g., Caritas, Diakonie)
  • Solid sales skills, strong closing ability, and a structured, independent working style with high proactivity (drive/tenacity)
  • Strong communication skills, confident presence, team-player attitude, and a high affinity for IT
  • Excellent German and good English skills, plus willingness to travel (office in Munich 2–4x per month & customer appointments across Southern Germany)
