Job Description

Global Business Development Manager to accelerate BC Platforms' alliance growth in healthcare. Lead negotiations, build relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for global partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & qualify a global pipeline of strategic alliance & channel opportunities
  • Develop compelling partner value propositions and lead negotiations through to contract signature
  • Manage & grow executive-level relationships with partners to ensuring alignment and delivery
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders for smooth post-contract delivery and partner enablement
  • Localise and enhance sales, training, and marketing materials to support partner success
  • Establish ongoing governance and performance rhythms to drive partner revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare, life sciences, or technology partnerships
  • Skilled communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic global environment
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving deals from lead to close
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field (MBA a plus)
