Job Description

Global HR Lead acting as the operational engine of an AI-powered consultancy. Architecting HR infrastructure and driving compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and systematically address critical HR gaps, building foundational 'roads' for policies and processes across the UK, US, and APAC.
  • Lead our AI-first approach to HR, specifically leveraging agentic workflows to automate the employee lifecycle instead of scaling headcount.
  • Ensure 100% legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions, serving as the senior expert for UK employment law and US-specific requirements.
  • Fully operationalize our HRIS (BambooHR), implementing data standards and real-time dashboards to provide actionable executive insights.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on people priorities, M&A integration, and benefits harmonization during our global expansion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building or transforming a global HR function from scratch within a scale-up or high-growth consultancy.
  • You are a 'roll your sleeves up' leader who thrives in a fast-paced 'building site' environment rather than a polished corporate setting.
  • Deep experience with HRIS platforms (preferably BambooHR) and a forward-thinking approach to AI integration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back on initiatives where legally or operationally necessary.
