Job Description
Global VP of People leading People Operations strategy while partnering with CEO at LeapXpert. Drive people strategy across global workforce and enhance organizational design and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the global People strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational design with LeapXpert’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and change management.
- Build and scale global People Operations across the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, engagement, and offboarding.
- Drive a data-driven and AI-enabled People function, using analytics and automation to improve decision-making, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable systems, policies, and processes that support a distributed, international workforce while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Partner closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, clarify accountability, and strengthen manager capability at all levels.
- Establish compensation, equity, and rewards frameworks that are competitive, fair, and aligned with a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that are practical, measurable, and embedded into daily operations.
- Build and mentor a high-impact People team, developing future leaders within the function.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including experience as Head or VP of People in a high-growth SaaS or technology start-up company.
- Proven experience scaling a global workforce in a Series B–D environment, including international expansion.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate company strategy into people’s priorities and execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and people-related unit economics.
- Deep knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, and HR operations across multiple regions (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC).
- Track record of building trust and credibility with founders, executives, and senior leaders.
- Experience designing compensation and equity programs in venture-backed companies.
- Hands-on, builder mindset—comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
