Job Description
Group Program Manager leading transformational data and intelligence capabilities at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Managing portfolio strategy, delivery excellence, and team leadership with multi-year initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-year, cross-functional programs and govern a portfolio
- Drive portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and investment decisions
- Act as the primary interface for senior leadership on program performance
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers; set goals, coach performance
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in enterprise program and portfolio management
- 7–10 years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in retail or B2C environments
- Demonstrated leadership of program managers and matrixed teams
